Craig gets married to Karen at St Andrews in Shottery. This was the first really big event involving one of the children. Craig and Karen had been together since they were about 14 and this was a very important family day for both the Smiths and the Timms. Peter was best man and everyone was willing the speeches to be over quickly - not least him - as it was the day of the third place play-off for Italia 90 which England lost 2-1 against Italy. The reception was held at the Civic Hall, which was fairly newly built. It was a great day and looking at the pictures now it seems such a long time ago. Craig and Karen celebrate 20 years of marriage this year and they have two lovely children, Tom and Louise. Gill helped by making the bridesmaid's dresses which were bright pink - much the same as the colour of Karen's hair these days.
