Debbie born and quite small at around 9lbs - thankfully! There were a lot of family birthdays around Christmas. Laura, Gill's mum was Christmas Eve, Debbie's is Christmas Day and 'Little Grandpa', Gill's grandfather was Boxing Day. To make Debbie's birthday special, and not just part of Christmas, she always had her birthday presents just before Dinner. We all opened our presents as normal in the morning and then Debbie had her birthday presents later. My Nan, Laura, said her birthday being on Christmas Eve was not so good because everyone was busy rushing about getting ready for Christmas.
